I haven’t done one of these for awhile…because I hadn’t really preserved anything for awhile…(pictures are most likely recycled from other entries)
Canning
Jams/Jelly/Fruit
2 quarter pints/1 half pint blueberry peach jam (and a fridge jar)
3 quarter pints/2 half pint apple-pear jam (and a fridge jar)
3 quarter pints firestarter jam (peach-scotch bonnet)
Pickles
4 quarts assorted dill pickles
1 half pint jalapeno slices
2 pints dilly beans
Fridge
2 1/2 cups apple pectin
Freezer
– 2 lbs 2 oz assorted apples
– 2 peaches
-3 plums
– 3 bell peppers
– 1/2 cubanelle pepper
– 1 onion
– approx. 1 1/2 cups nectarine juice
